This is an organic bread with Taggiasche olives, naturally leavened, hand-kneaded and wood-baked.

It has an intense ochre colour and the inside is soft. The perfume is intense and fruity, the flavour is characterised by pleasant acidity.


Organic type 1 flour, organic type 0 soft wheat, Taggiasche olives (without pits), Extra-virgin organic Taggiasca olive oil, sea salt.
