This is an artisanal bread, produced by using exclusively organic type 0 and type 1 flours*. It is naturally leavened, hand-kneaded and wood-baked.

It has an intense ochre colour and the inside is soft. The perfume is intense and fruity, the flavour is characterised by pleasant acidity.
