The “Free” organic rye bread is an artisanal bread, produced by using only rye flour and type 1 flour flour*, leavened with sourdough starter. It is hand-kneaded and baked in a wood oven.

It has an ochre colour and a crispy crust. The inside is soft, the perfume is intense and fruity, the flavour is characterised by pleasant acidity.
