Beer inspired to the Indian Pale Ales produced in Great Britain
Beer inspired to the Indian Pale Ales produced in Great Britain during the colonial age. The beers would be then sent in India to relieve the thirst and home-sickness of the expats. A bigger quantity of hops used and a higher alcoholic volume would guarantee the integrity of the beer throughout the long trips of the ships.
T.I.P.A proposes an interpretation of those beers which goes straight to the original style by using classic English malts such as the “Maris Otter” and the “Kristal”, together with noble aromatic hops as the “East Kent Golding”.
T.I.P.A has a strong character and a great elegance. It has a ruby red colour and it is perfumed as a bouquet of orange flowers and caramel. A warm and soft beer.
Dynamic Grander water, barley malt, hops, sugar, yeast.
