Dolce coffee contains Huehuetenango coffee, a Slow Food international presidium, grown at an altitude between 1500 and 2000 meters, in the shade of native perennial trees that contribute to preserve the extraordinary local biodiversity.
Following a traditional wood roasting process, Dolce is slowly and delicately roasted at Pausa Café’s roasting laboratory, which is located within the Prison “Lorusso e Cutugno” in Turin. Here a group of prisoners roast our coffees under instructions of famous Italian coffee Masters.
This blend is made of 100% coffea Arabica. Dolce’s flavor is particularly sweet with a persistent finish. If prepared with espresso machines, Dolce will result particularly creamy, sweet and delicate.
