Special&Bar contains Huehuetenango coffee, Slow Food international presidium; the coffee is grown at an altitude between 1500 and 2000 meters, in the shade of native perennial trees that contribute to preserve the extraordinary local biodiversity.
Pausa Café’s roasting laboratory is located within the Prison “Lorusso e Cutugno” in Turin. Here a group of prisoners roast our coffees under instructions of famous Italian coffee Masters.
The coffee is slowly and delicately roasted, following a traditional wood roasting process.
This blend is specifically targeted to espresso coffee machines and bar machines. It is a creamy coffee, with a very intense flavour.
